We are equally particular about our subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Most we have relied on for years. Single-source responsibility: confidence, and peace of mind, while your home is being built.
Communication is not optional, especially if you are away during construction. Frequent cost-tracking, progress meetings, and photographs go directly to you.
